WOW! I am more than impressed. These women took very stained carpets and made them look almost new. I thought the carpets were trashed, but they saved them. Some of the stains were very old and other methods were used to clean multiple times but still would not come out. I loved their multiple step process to cleaning the carpets. They are now the only people I will have clean my carpets in the future. They are worth every penny! Ditto again! I used them again and they delighted me as well on some very stained carpets. Thank you ladies!!!

Anne and her crew are absolutely wonderful! Great communication, calling and texting appointment reminders as well as arrival times. So personable, explaining what they were doing, checking before and after to make sure expectations were met, the carpet and upholstery (cloth and leather cleaned) were clean and beautiful! AND Even accommodated my tight schedule to fit the job in before family arrived. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

For seven years in my new house,
WCS has done an excellent job cleaning my white sofa, carpeted rooms, area rugs, and furniture. When they leave it’s like moving into a new house again. I’m so happy my decorator gave me their number.

We have used Anne Shaw on several occasions during the past few years. She always does an outstanding job. She has cleaned our sofa where our dog sits, sleeps and scratches several times, removing stains we thought permanent. She is meticulous with carpet cleaning and goes out of her way to protect legs and casters with fluid barriers. We had occasion to use her services again this week. As always, she arrived promptly and set about isolation legs of chairs and tables before starting the cleaning. The job was done with superb care as usual. I continue to recommend her services without any reservations.
